Start as if budget is not an issue. We're artists: we HAVE to give ourselves full creative freedom before we start honing it in. Most people will say "start small" but I find that to be so creatively limiting and hinders your vision. Remember, your music video concept doesn't have to be a direct translation of the message of your song but it should still HAVE A POINT to send. That can be just showing yourself as an artist, a world message like Billie Eilish's "All the Good Girls Go to Hell" or anything really. Just make sure it's true to YOU!
